You commission the kit. MyAi delivers a complete, flight-ready system — airframe, powertrain, avionics, and MyAi software — calibrated and documented to your configuration. A vetted contractor assembles and tests the aircraft under supervised protocols, with pre-flight validation and road-to-sky certification before it ever reaches your vertiport.

A 60–80 kWh sodium-ion main battery delivers dense, stable, cold-tolerant energy — safer and more sustainable than conventional lithium. A 1–3 kWh graphene supercapacitor buffer provides instant burst power for vertical lift and emergency redundancy. Active liquid cooling governs battery, motors, and supercaps. Together they form a hybrid architecture engineered for endurance, recovery, and quiet confidence at altitude.

Every Æro Kit is tested one at a time — not sampled from a line. Structural, electrical, and flight-control systems are validated through staged protocols, documented in a complete build manual, and signed off before delivery. No aircraft leaves our custody until it has proven itself, individually, in the air.

Signature six-arm lift architecture — four main arms with 16-blade rotor configuration, plus two middle arms integrating foil-wing geometry for forward-flight lift assist.
Energy Core
60–80 kWh sodium-ion main battery paired with 1–3 kWh graphene supercapacitor modules. Hybrid storage for endurance and instant burst power, under active liquid cooling.
Airframe
Carbon-fiber fuselage with enclosed, low-drag cabin and field-of-view glazing. Vertical landing — no runway required.
Avionics
Redundant flight controllers, IMU/GNSS/baro/radar-altitude sensors, and a ballistic recovery parachute. Jetson-class edge AI for perception and safety assist.
Nervous System
